I don't know if you meant two sororities as in two sororities are doing spring rush because that's not true, there are plenty doing it! Also, it should help your chances because at least in my sisterhood, putting in a good word for a friend definitely helps, though it's not a guarantee. Also your friend shouldn't be begging you to join her sorority because technically that's not allowed, go wherever you want, not your friend! And if you happen to fall in love with your friend's sorority and you end up there, it's all the better!
