It's true you can't expect everyone to be fully connected given 200+ girls but what you CAN look at is how they act as an organization.. What houses have more than 10 girls that stick around through senior year? What houses only "invite" their prettiest 25% of girls to recruit? What houses will you see girls not acknowledge one another in public? ADPi has infamously cheap, sad sisterhood, only rivaled by ZTA (but they're not as actively harsh, they just don't have much uniting them besides being pretty) It's easy to dismiss this because "oh they're just two good houses you're jealous" but no KD and plenty others seem to be genuinely solid. Sisterhood is definitely affected by how you recruit and run a house. Some certainly emphasize more admirable values.
