They will not have a fraternity house for a semester, and even then they're just a bunch of GDIs who have spent last year going to gator nights and drinking in their dorms. 2. They have no homecoming rotation, and no relations with top sororities, or really any for that matter... they'll take what they can get, which will be bottom tier sororities tired of ChiPhi and DeltaChi. 3. They are handing out bids like candy to anyone who walks by their table at the reitz. Pretty sure all you need to do is sign up. Their "brotherhood" is an non-cohesive mix of weirdos and somewhat decent kids who will not all get along with each other after a year or two. 4. Again, new house means no connections and pipelines to positions in UF's top organizations. They keep talking about their so-called "history" at UF, but no one really remembers.
