dont double post like that. anyways, theta chi is about to fall down back to the middle of mid tier because they have to go into TKE's old house for a year, which is bad enough. they are really just a poor version of sigma chi...not a bad house i guess but never gonna rise and never really had a presence here. delta chi is top of bottom tier i guess you could say. about the same as chi phi or something. id look elsewhere.
