@I heard...PIKE is already middle tier for sure and PiKapp will enter at that level to. They, along with KA, will be the 3 at the top of mid tier at the end of the year as Theta Chi and ZBT drop. @Rush...Sigma Chi is definitely mixing in A LOT of Sofla, as is SAE, slowly but surely. ATO and KA are the two good southern houses. Then there's KS at the middle of mid tier.
