That they look at the photo you send in....some girls are assigned to look at Facebook pages before recruitment even begins, they also look at you r hair, make-up clothes ect. And if you are over weight you do not have a chance... I understand it it BS, but that is the basics......more involved obviously And I am not in a sorority, but know lots of girls who are......and I hear them talking...so that is what I have pieced together
