Are you retarded? Pi Kapp can't be ranked, they haven't even fully set up. Do they even have a house while ZBT is in theirs for 1 more year? Then it'll take at least another year for their new house to be built. They will not move up fast like Pike did because they'll be without a house for quite a while. At least Pike had their house as soon as they got back and it's location was a plus since everyone passes by it.
