Explanations: Think clearly people. Even when SigEp gets kicked off, its not the end of the world... nothing is really changing. Sigma Chi and SAE will be top of the top and PhiDelt will be added to this level. ATO and Beta will make up this pseudo-tier simply because they are not good enough to be in the top of the top, but not bad enough to be in the likes of middle-tier. Pike will move up here, and KA will slip just a tad into this pseudo-tier also, last few classes have been beyond terrible. Hate to say it there's room for Theta Chi here, depending on their Fall PC. If terrible they are catapulted back to middle-middle, if great they will elevate to top of middle with potential to stay there for a long ass time.
