pi kapp is building a new house, but of course since that cant be done im fairly certain they will rent a house (not on frat row of course). and yeah, pi kapp will probably enter at about mid tier, they have a pretty solid group now but of course their numbers are still low so they need a good fall pc, and then they will either stay where they are or rise. pi kapp has always been a top tier house here. i dont think phi delts last pledge classes have been THAT bad, definitely a change but theres still some good guys there. it seems like they are more involved now than they were but just sacrificed some of the athletic guys for it.
