Snap bids are given when a chapter has not matched to quota, to a girl that participated in formal recruitment but did not receive a bid. If you can't participate in formal recruitment you should sign up for informal recruitment in the hopes that a sorority has either not pledged quota or is under total. Otherwise you will have to wait until spring.
