Thats completely fine. everyone should feel welcome regardless of their skin or background. But DEI policies have increasingly become a method to straight up ostracize those who are perceieved to be in the "privileged group". ex: A white person is more privileged than an asian person, a straight black person is more privileged than an asian person, a black-trans person is more privileged than a black straight person and will get the spot or position.
