Sororities do their best to ensure their sisterhood is comprised of girls from all backgrounds and that nobody is excluded based solely on a disability or ethnicity or background...it's an effort to ensure girls are exposed to all types of girls and aren't just cookie cutter versions of themselves. If someone is still not a good fit for that house, regardless of race, ethnicity, background, etc...they are simply not given a bid. But they have someone there to ensure that not giving a bid is not based on that kind of criteria. So, houses have girls of all backgrounds, beliefs, hair color, size, interests, etc. If you are going into recruitment based solely on whether you can surround yourself with only your ideals, then you are going into it for the wrong reason
