There is a tier system and most top houses at universities are the initial chapters there do they get a leg up. There are of course some exceptions. Top houses generally have higher retention rates too. Not everyone will like it but these are just facts. Pnms should look at all of this as a criteria but should also concern themselves about the sisterhood cause that really matters. Sisterhood does not come into play in the ranks at all. You can have bottom houses with better sisterhoods than top houses and vice versa. It’s all over the map \n\n\n\n\n
