The tier system exists in every school. No need to make pnms uninformed. It’s basically the most popular houses. If a house HAS to drop majority of pnms, it’s because it’s popular. If a house has to invite everyone back, it’s because it’s less popular etc. it’s called the RFM system and it’s national. This does not mean that a Pnm won’t have a great experience in a lower tier house, many do.
