If there was not a tier system, the sororities would not have to drop pnms each round based on popularity. Top houses are told by Panhellenic how many they have to drop based on popularity of PNMs. That is the tier system and top has to make the biggest cuts while bottom makes the least cuts. I think the big issue with this site is the tearing down of houses, mainly in top tier and some of the lies and eggagerations about them but ranks are generally accurate
