Pi Kappa Phi is getting members again because people realize they are going up, heavily so. They had the hazing problems a while ago but have learned their lesson and moved on. They will "replace" ZBT on campus, except they will rise into the top tier pretty quickly as opposed to ZBT. Too much history not to. And yes, people need to realize Pi Kappa Phi and PIKE (Pi Kappa Alpha) are not the same.
