Imo, many sororities need to do a better job when it comes to new member classes bonding and new members bonding with older girls. It is just not happening like it should and I hear that from friends in all different sororities. It’s so exhausting. I feel like my mc ‘23 class is not doing anything together. So girls that were top PNM’s like me are considering dropping. Frats don’t care if you are in sorority anyway. U still go to the parties. They rushed us hard but some of the older girls aren’t friendly and don’t even talk or try to socialize with us now that initiation is over.
