I agree. I think the only thing holding aphi back for the first years on campus was not having a house. That’s a huge deal. Like deal breaker. Now that they have one of the nicest mansions on row, I think why def jumped rank fast bc they already had a lot of pretty girls and they’re very friendly. So I don’t think it’s crazy for them to come up that fast at all. But, I also would our phi mu and kappa up to mid mid and put pi phi and Deephi down to bottom mid. And…unpopular opinion but I still think tri delt is top tier, they just need new leadership. They are still superior to AOii
