Yes, most are “lower” tier but some middle tier like xo have done spring rush for the last few years. Point is, you cannot think you’re dropping out of rush when preffing at alpha phi and gamma phi, that you’ll somehow magically get a COB or spring rush zta or ADPi. Especially if those houses didn’t ask you back to round 2. Be realistic and give the middle and lower tier houses a chance.
