COB is not a second chance mini rush to get a better house. It is up to panhellenic setting house total after rush and up to individual sororities to offer any or not, if they have spots. You really have to know members in a sorority to get one and you would not have the same new member experience. Fall recruitment is the best time to get a bid and fall semester as a new member is the best time of your life! Pref is often a game changer for pnm's who aren't feeling it. Go to pref and see. If you absolutely feel you don't want to be friends with the members and would rather go without a bid at all and miss out on something potentially amazing, they don't sign your card.
