Phi mu isn’t a great house but it is way more desirable than Alpha Phi. That may change with Alpha Phi getting a house. But no one wants Alpha Phi. Lots of the girls in my pi chi group suicided if they were left with a house they liked and alpha phi. Alpha Phi has a huge churn and takes literally anyone.
