Depends on which fraternity/sorority Most fraternities are around 2 grand per semester and to live in house is around $400 per month. Most sororities are around 2.6 grand-3.5 grand per semester, and in house is about $400-$700. Most are about the same, but it is tough to estimate each chapter and their costs.
