PhiDelt only hangs out with DG and AOII. Worse than SigEp and only slightly better than ZBT = not tier 1. SAE hangs out with every top tier sorority (even AOII) and is the only southern house to survive the sofla takeover. Tier 1. KA has had worse and worse pledge classes since 2008. They also had homecoming with DZ last year. Tier 2 or Tier 3 is debatable, but they are definitely not better than Beta or ATO.
