In my opinion, it depends what you're looking for in a fraternity. Pi Kapp is new so its not like a traditional fraternity. The chapter needs to "character build" themeselves before considering themselves a fraternity no matter how much money their alumni pump into their budget. Also, you'll find southern kids in almost every fraternity. So don't display an image your not cause you suck anyways. Don't think you're a straight shot for Kappa Alpha and then end up loving ZBT. So to answer your question, you never know until you rush. Have fun being a gdi for another year.
