theta chi has been rising ever since they "stole" sig ep's brothers way back in like 2013. I don't know (or particularly care) if they're going to continue to rise, but it's a pretty solid consensus that they are where they are right now. They're a very involved, very social crew that is a lot of fun to hang out with. sae and pike have historically been at the place they are now, and it doesn't seem like they're going to move anytime soon. They both have good social relations, good involvement, and successful community service. Despite all of the trouble they got into this past year for dirty rushing, they manage to maintain a consistent brotherhood that is generally well-received by others. As long as they don't continue that behavior, people won't be calling for them to change positions.
