You know hazing is illegal in Florida, right? The state legislature toughened up its criminall code and made hazing a felony crime since that hazing Miami student died in like 2005. This sort of thing isn't usually prosecuted but in this case there's documented evidence of the hazing, and unless RC decides to fall on the sword and take one for Theta, the entire chapter is implicated in the footage. Theta should be most worried about the legal consequences because universities and law enforcement will come down hard and make an example of the chapter, in light of what happened at Penn State and that other Phi Delt kid in the news recently. I'm sad to say it, but heads will roll and it will affect us all. Every house will be watched under a microscope because of this incident and we will probably be forced into some sort of extra anti-hazing programs by the university. It's not going to be fun.
