Hi, Panhellenic chapters that do not have 200+ members will be given the choice to participate in Spring Recruitment. There is a fee this year, if I remember correctly, to go through. The official announcement of who is participating is at the information session (usually done the day before its starts). All but 5 chapters participated last year, so it could be similar or drastically less. Its all up to graduation rates, etc. Hope it helped. If you are very serious, its best to contact Panhellenic Council with your questions than turn to a site full of "trollers" in it feeding you incorrect information. IFC- All participate that are allowed to take new members.
