because Pi Kapp was top tier for decades. I have talked to plenty of UF alumni, and they were always in the mix. Whatever their current state is does nothing to change the fact that historically they were very good here. Before the backlash against what may have been their self-promoting, pretty much everyone still knew and admitted they were top tier not long ago.
