I'm unbiased because I'm in a fraternity that isn't compared with Pike or anything. I will say that I know of other great chapters at big schools that lost 2/3rds of their brotherhood and can't recover. Once your senior leadership and exec board is taken out you're left with guys who previously didn't want to get that involved for whatever reason. Also you're restricted with your next pledge class. You can't take 60 guys because then you'd have more pledges than brothers. You ultimately have to slowly build back up the numbers. Realistically it will take them 3+ years to be back.
