PNMs (who are freshman) keep in mind that giving up one year (most likely less, bc this stuff happens fast) of having a house (sophomore year) will be so worth it since basically all houses except SK are nothing special. Also since you will already know everyone from freshman year, its not like it would make it more difficult to make friends. Rituals are rituals so they will happen no matter what. Sophomores don't really live in house, so you'll have a super nice house (that can accommodate even more girls and will have more amenities) for your junior and senior years to live in. You'll save money for a year because of cheaper dues. Annnnnnd you can't do that much stuff (ill leave this up to your interpretation) in the house bc of rules so with every girl living in the same place (bc that's what most girls are planning on doing) for a whole year, think of all of the fun possibilities.
