That is why ranks are not set in stone, and you have differing opinions. People agree what houses are in top, mid, and bottom, but there are arguments among the houses in each tier. Personally, I think it really doesn't matter since they all rotate between the same frats in each tier. It also depends who you ask. For example, Phi Delt may say AOPI is on top of KD, but ATO and SAE would not. Ask a PiLam or TEP who they like in middle, and it would be DEEPH, whereas a KA would pick XO or DZ. Get what I'm saying? It's all in perception.
