I'd still keep tep down, they barely won over aepi I don't really see them as 2 lines above them, and pikapp came in dead last out of all 4 (they didn't really court though) I'd say: Delt Pikapp/tep/aepi/kappa sig same line, this doesn't really change much just based on how the voting results turned out.
