Lol. Do not compare dropping a sorority with quitting a job or losing anything else in life. I dropped and here's why. I outgrew my sorority. I got too busy with extra curriculars and wanted to do better in school. I wasn't going to the socials. I wasn't going to meals because they became inconvenient when I had classes during lunch and dinner times. I was still hanging out with my friends, and with the exception of certain exec members, I still talk to many of the current members of the sorority. Now please tell me, what is the point of staying in a sorority and paying X amount of dollars a semester when you aren't participating in any of the events? Or what if the girl just simply does not like which house she's in? Some girls are just not the sorority type and join because it's what everyone else is doing and they think it's a good idea at the time, but later regret it.
