if pikapp won't have a house, they probably won't have tailgates either, or at least not on frat row, which is a big part of hoco week. AEPi might have the best tailgates (I like pilam's a lot too) and kappa sig isn't on frat row either. If I'm them I'd probably pick aepi just because pikapp won't have a house but those are the 2 best options
