I'm guessing SAE just doesn't go out of their way to self promote like other frats do. At the end of the day, they pull the top tier sorority girls along with going on socials with the best sororities on campus. No matter how much people say they are declining, they will always be one of the top considering their nation wide reputation. Not to mention, they're creative with themes for socials and throw down at their parties. I'm not embarrassed to admit I like SAE because no matter what people say, they are always going to be one of the best frats.
