i've only seen one post that said anything about phi mu and aopi claiming to be rising. and those chapters were used in an example. however there are things that make a chapter improve. looks, obviously, but visibility in the greek system, gpa, involvement, initiatives, etc, always help. other than that the only thing i can see from this site (recently) that indicates these chapters rising are when people make the rankings and put aopi near the top and phi mu top of bottom. don't see much self ranking from these chapters when there are OBVIOUS other self rankers.
