When my mom was at UF in the 80s, she said that KD was definitely middle tier. She is surprised to learn that they are top tier. Apparently, all her sisters are impressed, too, that KD has risen from the top, and have nothing but positive things to say. But, I want to know - how did KD do it? How did they go from bottom/middle to top tier?
