because its true. this system thrives on zta/adpi/kd clawing at each other for being "the best" so why shouldn't such competition exist on other tiers too? Pi Phi doesn't deserve their reputation considering the tiers are based on looks and everyone knows pi phis stand only on their fratty reputation.
