if what you say about hoco and all that is true, i would split the top into two halves, (zta kd adpi top of top and dg ddd aopi bottom of top) STILL ALL TOP HOUSES so don't dwell too much on it, pretty much just based on frat pairings and tradition. then split the middle as well to make it bigger since all the middle houses are definitely on different levels bottom is pretty much all the same with phi mu on top of bottom, aephi behind them, SK and GPhi are scraping the bottom but alpha phi will take that spot as lowest on the totem pole
