I feel like piphi, deeph and chi o have consistently had better pledge classes than theta. Pi phi and deeph literally have the same social rotation as theta and pi phi and theta have had the same hoco rotation. If anything I think all three houses have consistently shown that they are better than Theta and theta is just living off of a legacy. Piphi DPE/XO KAT/DZ
