Gamma Phi Beta is building a house that will be ready for Fall 2017. It's estimated square footage is going to be around 25,100 (which is bigger than SK's and DDD's house...) and it's obviously going to be the newest and best house on campus. Also GPhiB is overall the best of bottom (since they have the best looking girls and strongest sisterhood) so if they do spring rush, PNMs who dropped out of recruitment should strongly consider joining. They're like the new DZ. They're new and already dominating lower tier in just a year!
