I preffed at xo and pi phi. I did not end up at either house, but I will say, the most genuine conversation I had was with the ladies of pi phi. They are a solid middle/upper middle tier house with out a doubt, right in their with XO. I think they are the two nicest houses in the middle tier. Do not dismiss Pi Phi at all.
