Just want to clarify one thing here. If quota is 80, let's say at house ABC, 60 of their top 80 on the bid list picked them first. Boom, those 60 match, case closed. Let's say the other 20 match elsewhere, so they're now off the table and heading to House DEF or wherever. Now, house ABC will have to look at women ranked #81-100 on their list to see if any of THOSE women put house ABC first. If so, then those women get bids at ABC. Basically, the computer goes through this all and doesn't match you anywhere but your top choice UNTIL your top choice "fills up." There's no such thing as getting put at your second or third choice JUST because they ranked you highly, so it's not like they can steal away a PNM if that PNM is high enough on another chapters bid list.
