Who CARES what tier you are in? Honestly, I truly don't get it. Go where you fit in, where you are comfortable, where you are wanted and where you will make the best friends of your life. I am in a middle/middle house, but preffed at a lower/top, middle/middle (where I am now) and a bottom. At the end of the day, I felt more myself at the middle house than the top. I've made the greatest friends, and also love the frats we hang out with. At the top house, I would have always have to be the best version of myself. It would have gotten exhausting. I can be the TRUE me where I am. Don't get me wrong, I LOVED the top house, but I have no regrets.
