I like both these chapters, here's why: XO: girls that went top tier did pref there & XO made a good impression. I know this from personal experience, it is not just talk. I think ppl are just giving them some attention for being solid. Not sure if they are really going anywhere, but they are going into rush strong and generally liked. PM: shown improvement in tangible ways like GPA and awards. Those active in Pan have noticed, and I think those who want to ignore it are doing that for their own reasons. And they have a rep for strong sisterhood. Same as XO, may not mean actual movement, just going in rt direction. I also agree that AOPi, KAT & Deeph are all looking good these days! Pan <3
