I don't think XO is improving. They always claim to have "top tier girls" pref there but it can easily (and most likely) be self-ranking. I also don't understand why people say phi mu is improving. Not only did they have that SK issue this year, but there is really no basis for their "rise." Could this also be self-ranking? I think both sororities have nice girls but I'm not so convinced they are getting any better...?
