Tiers are measured by the girls that come on here and self rank and fool everyone into thinking they are top.. It is nothing more than that. It's not based on looks, as every house has stunners, attractive, cute, plain jane and underwhelming. It is not based on GPA or top would be AEPHI or DPHIE. It is not based on sisterhood since everyone knows ZTA's is non existent. Every house is involved in philanthropy. Why are some houses ranked so low? Because their members don't come on here every day and rank. Each and every house is amazing in its own way. I cannot wait for all the down votes, or the people who say ADPI and ZTA rule. Rule who? They rule this site!
