everyone in sae reminds me of those dads who never grow out of their college years. sigma chi is (mostly) kinda nerdy skinny kids. both houses throw good parties/rage and are pretty easy to talk to but lots of fraternities at uf do that so i think it's just a long standing tradition that these houses are top at this point.
