Those are all top organizations but when a house is going to self rank about being one of the most involved, I think the expectation is that they are not just talking about having some ADs here and there, but are talking about having members that are in major, visible positions, like top offices in Student Government, Gator Growl Producer, FBK members, Panhellenic/IFC Exec, etc. You are right, there are sometimes incompetent people who may unfairly get AD positions, but usually when you get to some of the more major positions of leadership, you have to show more competency. At least you would hope so!
