The top sororities are all on rotations that include four of the top fraternities - SigEp, SigmaChi, PhiDelt, Sae, Ato, and Ka. Some houses like Tridelt and Adpi have gone off rotation before and paired with houses like KappaSig, but that's unlikely to happen again.
